But someone else has had an equally vivid experience. Her aunt warns: 'I tell you I saw you in my dream as clear as I see you now, slowly walking down a path lower and lower into some dark evil place shrouded in vile yellow mist with horrible devilish creatures around you. I scream and scream at you. I try to warn you, but you don’t hear or not want to hear. You go on with a silly stupid smile on your face.' [2008 - 511 pages ISBN: 9781905996087]

Over lunch in the refectory while talking to one-such student, who claims to have lost his motivation, she tells him: 'You want to know why I work hard? It's two things. Doing a good job at whatever I take on - that's from my Scots dad - and then... well... it's hard to explain but... I have this feeling, deep down, that there's something really important and worthwhile out there for me to do. But I'll only be allowed to attempt it if I'm prepared. Each little task I'm presented with now must be done to the best of my ability or I won't get a crack at that ultimate objective.' 'Which is?' he asks eagerly. 'I don't know.' He sits back. 'This can't be true. I mean... whose plan are you following? Who is controlling...' He stops and mutters: 'Of course... I recall... you go to church. Forget it.'[2008 - 465 pages ISBN: 9781905996056]
